🚚 How to Return or Exchange

    Email info@jewelrystudio.net with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Get a Prepaid Shipping Label
    We’ll send you a free return shipping label by email.

  3. Package the Item
    Place the item in its original packaging and attach the return label.

  4. Ship It Back
    Drop it off at your nearest carrier or schedule a pickup.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Exchanges are shipped once the returned item is received and inspected
